Here at CrossFit FTF and Cen-Cal Strengthening and Conditioning, we utilize many methods of training to optimize performance and lifestyle results for our members and clients.
Our performance based facility uses several approaches to getting our members the results they want and deserve. We utilize CrossFit as our primary methodology of training to enhance the fitness of our members in each of 10 areas:

We are a fully functional fitness facility with the goal of creating a diverse and creative fitness experience. While we utilize CrossFit as our main methodology of training, we understand you may have other fitness needs or desires. We also offer more traditional approach to strengthening and conditioning programs for our members who may have specialized needs, goals or results they want to achieve (i.e. fitness competitions, body building, weight loss, soon to have martial arts and flexibility training through other programs as well as offering full accountability and even nutritional guidance)
