I am so impressed with the results I've received in just the few weeks I've been working with the CrossFit-FTF team. I have lost 4 pounds and 2 inches! My waist and legs feel amazing and I'm really excited about the results I will continue to see and feel now that school is out. Between school and work in L.A. I was only able to work out at FTF about 3 times a week, but in combination with the Zone and at home workouts (thanks to the online posts :) I have been able to remain consistent in workouts and routines. Thank you to Kevin and the rest of the awesome trainers that push us and support us!
I'm a newborn to CrossFit and love what I've learned so far. I have to say its been a humbling experience in the first 5 sessions and I expect to be broken to my "core". ha ha Aside from the physical aspect of this program, CrossFit is testing my mental strength more than anything else. Not only is Crossfit FTF a gym to me, but it is also somewhat of an extended family. I have always been welcomed in, never have I felt intimidated, and the encouragement and motivation that are expressed are amazing. Starting out with Crossfit in March 2009, my weight= 152 lbs., my abdomen= 34 3/4 inches, and I was a loose size 8, snug size 6. I was pumped up to begin my new workouts, otherwise known as WODs (workout of the day). The Crossfit style is to workout 3 days and have 1 day of rest, then repeat. As of April 2009, my weight = 143 lbs, my abdomen = 31 3/4 inches, and I am fitting comfortably into a size 4. My body fat measured at 23.1%. My goal is to be around 130-132 lbs. and less than 17% body fat. I am doing things today because of Crossfit I never thought I would be able to do. I am very motivated and am excited to continue on the journey to see what's in store next. Crossfit HAS changed my life- Erica Harris

I just wanted to tell you again how much I enjoyed coming in for your fundraiser... I know this is not new information to you, but I just wanted to compliment you for surrounding yourself with a terrific group of individuals. What I've always found so appealing and inviting about the Crossfit Community is the shared passion for training with intensity, for always learning, and for teaching others. It is a supportive environment that inspires and challenges people to just want to be better. And so while Jon and I have been followers of CF for a while, it was awesome to experience that passion and supportive environment first-hand with you guys at CrossFit-FTF. Every chance I have I'll try to share the news of your great staff and facility and my experience there. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
